It is important to us that you can trust us. That’s why we focus on protecting the privacy of MyEye visitors. We do not request any personal data from visitors of MyEye.ee unless they choose to provide such information voluntarily and knowingly. Personal data is shared only with the partners listed in the section “Who receives your data” and in cases required by law.

Information we collect

Our main purpose in collecting information is to provide fast and convenient service. The controller of personal data is MyEye OÜ. When you order goods from our website, we ask you for the following information:



  • Name

  • Address

  • Email address

  • Phone number


We also collect information such as the visitor’s IP address, the time of the visit, how the visitor reached the MyEye website, how long they stayed on the page, etc. This information is used for statistical purposes.


When you visit our online store, your browser saves a temporary file (a cookie), which allows us to offer you a personalised browsing experience and remember the choices you make on our site. Cookies also allow us to temporarily show you advertisements and other offers related to products you are interested in.

How we use the information

Your name, address, email address and phone number are used to fulfil your order. You enter your card details directly in Stripe’s payment window – MyEye does not see or store your card number.

Who receives your data

MyEye OÜ shares personal data only with partners needed to fulfil orders, process payments, run the online shop and for marketing.

  • Delivery: Omniva, DPD and Unisend – name, phone, email and delivery address or parcel locker. Shipping labels are created via Montonio.
  • Payments: Stripe (card payments) and Montonio (bank payments).
  • Accounting: Merit Aktiva (invoices).
  • Web hosting: Zone Media OÜ (Estonia).
  • Newsletter: Smaily – your email address if you subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the end of each email.
  • Statistics and advertising (with cookie consent): Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel (Facebook, Instagram) – data on how the site is used. You can change your consent in the cookie settings.
  • Purchase measurement: when you place an order, purchase data – amount, lenses purchased and your email and phone in encrypted (hashed) form – is sent to Meta (Facebook, Instagram) to measure ad results.
  • Form protection: Google reCAPTCHA – when you use the contact form, Google checks that the sender is human. This processes your IP address and browser data.

Google and Meta may also process data outside the European Union (in the USA). Such transfers are based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data and to refuse marketing emails. Write to info@myeye.ee – you will receive a reply within 14 days. If you believe your data has been processed incorrectly, you can contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).
