1. The customer’s personal data is processed only in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
2. The data controller is MyEye O\u00dc.
3. When ordering goods from the MyEye online store, we ask the customer for information about their name, address, e-mail and phone number. We use this information to fulfill orders. We also receive the bank account number from which the payment was made. MyEye can use the bank account number to make a return.
4. MyEye forwards the information necessary for the transport of goods to the logistics company or a third party, if required by law.
5. The e-mail address and phone number are used with consent to send direct marketing messages, which can be unsubscribed from by selecting the corresponding link in the footer of the e-mail or by clicking on the corresponding link in the SMS message.
6. MyEye collects information about visitors such as the visitor’s IP address, the time the page was visited, where they came to the MyEye page, how long they were on the website, etc. We use such information to create statistics to make the user experience even better.
7. When you visit the MyEye online store, your browser stores a temporary file (hereinafter: cookie) that allows you to save product parameters and display targeted advertisements (Google Remarketing). This is not related to personal information and is completely anonymous. With the help of a cookie, we can temporarily show you advertisements related to our products with the aim of bringing you our best offers.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1. The customer can view and change personal data in the online store user profile. If the customer does not have a myeye.ee user profile, they can view their personal data via info@myeye.ee.
2. When closing the online store user account, all personal data and purchase history will also be deleted. If a purchase is made in the online store without a customer account, the purchase history will be stored for 7 years.
3. In the case of data related to payment and consumer disputes, personal data will be stored until the claim is fulfilled or the expiration of the limitation period (7 years).
4. To delete personal data, please contact customer support by e-mail info@myeye.ee.
